Dr Faaliyatis a highly qualified professional with extensive expertise in multiple fields.Dr Faaliyat has a PhD and MBA and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Dr Faaliyat has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Law as well as Employment Relations courses and hasover 10 years of experience in higher education, both as a dedicated researcher and as an academic.

Dr Faaliyatis actively engaged in research, with a particular focus on diversity andinclusion policies and practices pertaining to both migrant and non-migrant workers. Furthermore, she has a keen interest in exploring student learning and engagement, as well as online teaching methodologies.

Throughout her professional journey, Dr Faaliyat has gained invaluable experience working in both the public and private sectors, including roles within mining and investment consulting firms. Outside of her professional commitments, she has also dedicated time as a volunteer, collaborating with diverse businesses.
