Dr Bairagi is an energetic and creative academic professional with a doctoral qualification in Finance and extensive experience in higher education.

His professional experience includes:

• Senior Lecturer roles at APIC and MIT Melbourne, Australia;
• Sessional academic appointments at a range of higher education institutions in Australia, including PIA, UBSS, AIBI, and HELI;
• Recipient of the APIC Teaching Excellence Award in 2022;
• Two years as Associate Head of the IT Discipline at Asia Pacific International College (APIC), Melbourne;
• A Sessional Lecturer role at Federation University, Melbourne;
• A long-term Casual Academic role within Deakin University’s School of Accounting, Economics and Finance in Melbourne;
• Two years as a Sessional Lecturer in the Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) program at Holmesglen Institute, Melbourne; and
• More than 25 years of experience as a full-time and visiting academic at Khulna University in Bangladesh, including coordination of the Executive MBA program.

Dr Bairagi has also authored and co-authored several academic research articles published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. His research publications are available through ResearchGate and Google Scholar.
