RPC is an industry training organisation focused on the training and development needs of professional managers and executives in petrochemical, oil & gas, refining and other process plant projects and organisations. RPC has offered courses and training programs to thousands of professionals and executives. Typically RPC invites international and local experts to design courses that are tailored to the needs of individual sectors of the energy and process plant industries. The courses are delivered in the excellent Executive Training Centre that RPC operates.

PMI-Taipei, Taiwan Chapter (PMI-TW) has promoted project management knowledge and PMP certification in Taiwan since October 1999. PMI-TW was officially registered / incorporated by Taiwan's Ministry of Interior in April 2003, as a non-profit nationwide organisation, subordinated to Project Management Institute (PMI). During 2005 and 2006, PMI-TW's member growth rate was one of the highest among all PMI components in the world. In March 2007 PMI-TW members officially reached 1,000 members which represents a Large Component within the PMI organisation.
