Workshop Description
APIC offers a range of Workshops with or without assessment in
project, program and organisation assessment and management. These
may be studied as knowledge only courses or studied within a
comprehensive competency framework.
The Professional Development Planning Workshop helps participants
to clarify current competency levels of the target audience to
identify learning and development outcomes relevant to the
business challenges, as well as increase your team project
completion rate, reduce the time involved, and eliminate
frustration.
The SBM Workshops are the fundamental training section of the
short courses and Postgraduate degree courses. Participants are
taken through the vital steps necessary for successfully managing
projects.

Australian workshops will be staged in Sydney. For students who can’t physically attend the workshop, we can offer an online learning module, which creates flexibility for busy professionals. However, subject to a minimum number of participants the workshops may be staged at an employer’s premises flexibly at any time. Please consult our office for your specific requirements.
