The Executive Diploma in Business Management (ExDipBM) is an executive grade qualification designed for accelerated learning for business management professionals.It aims to:
- Provide a good grounding for business management professionals
- Update and enhance the knowledge of practising business management professionals
- Provide an accelerated pathway to learning business management fundamentals for newly appointed managers
- Assist migrant professionals or expatriates who wish to train fast for improved job prospects
ExDipBM is taught by a team of internationally renowned academics
and leading practitioners. Thus, the ExDipBM will blend academic
and pragmatic approaches within a stimulating learning
environment. You will have an opportunity to interact with other
professionals and exchange ideas with them during the workshop
sessions.
If you are an employer organisation and wishing to introduce a
consistent training program then the ExDipBM is probably worth
evaluating. The reason is that ExDipBM has been designed to cover
the breadth of the business management field. By choosing ExDipBM
you will be aligning the knowledge of your key staff in this field
and introducing a consistent methodology throughout the
organisation. It is also possible to customise the ExDipBM
contents to better reflect individual employers´ needs and
requirements.
Course Structure
The Executive Diploma in Business Management is awarded after
completion of 4 modules, each 4 days long, selected from the list
of Business Management modules (workshops) and subject to
achieving a pass grade in each module. Modules (or workshops as
commonly known) are designed as structured courses with a
comprehensive set of slides and learning materials providing a
holistic view of business management. In certain cases it will be
possible to substitute project and program management modules for
business management modules in the Executive Diploma curriculum.

Qualification
Executive Diploma in Business Management (ExDipBM)
ExDipBM is an executive grade qualification designed for busy professionals who otherwise have no time to complete a formal academic qualification. Nevertheless the work done as part of completing ExDipBM will contribute credit to completion of the formal degree programs in this field. For details contact our office.
Duration
The modules of the Executive Diploma in Business Management are delivered face-to-face in workshop mode in our Sydney campus. We are happy to deliver this course at other locations subject to conditions and additional charges which vary from location to location. Note that it is not possible to study ExDipBM via the online mode.
Executive Diploma can be completed in one month by attending and completing 4 consecutive models (workshops) in a given semester in our campus or studied over 2 semesters (one year) in any combination of modules.
Accreditation
ExDipBM is an executive grade qualification that carries credit towards formal postgraduate degrees and diplomas at APIC. Note that completion of the Executive Diploma in Business Management may entitle the candidate to CPD points of various professional bodies depending on the modules actually selected and studied.
