Overview
BMGP – PEM aims at developing a superior class of (transformative) managers who have a sound foundation in general management with specialist knowledge and competency in management of organisational units that operate around projects, like new product development, IT, construction, EPC, etc. Projectisation that is managing by projects has been increasing steadily. PEM has become pivotal to managing project-based organisations successfully; it demands professionals with broader managerial skills and specific PEM leadership competencies in order to contribute to organisational objectives effectively. The BMGP – PEM is designed to develop managers with leadership abilities and competence to shape and manage modern project-based enterprises, develop and implement complex projects and deliver the required outcomes. It is fully aligned with the dynamics of this field and embeds a situational leadership approach to learning and development.
