Course Detail
Overview
BMGP – LCM aims at developing a superior class of (transformative) managers from different backgrounds (IT, construction, mining, accounting, etc.) with a sound foundation in general management and a focus on leadership and change management. The LCM is of critical importance to managing a diverse workforce, initiating and leading changes, addressing technological and operational challenges, and nurturing an entrepreneurship culture in contemporary organisations that have much thinner management structures. BMGP – LCM is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the professionals who have not had opportunities to improve relevant competencies systematically in industrial assignments, and to gain a deeper insight of LCM through action based learning. The BMGP – LCM is fully aligned with the dynamics of this field and embeds a situational leadership approach to learning and development.
