Overview
BMGP – BPF aims at developing a superior class of (transformative) managers who have a sound foundation in general management with specialist knowledge and competency in venture economics and financial planning. Money is the life blood of all organisations. Prudent risk and financial management determine the success or failure of all organisations. The BMGP - BPF is designed to develop managers with competency in general management but with special focus on venture economics and business planning and finance, including market appraisal, business prospecting, proposal formulation, financial structuring, funding arrangements and financial management and other finance skills. Graduates will gain competence in performing a key role in business planning and finance within modern day organisations. It is fully aligned with the dynamics of this field and embeds a situational leadership approach to learning and development.
