Overview
BMGP – BS aims at developing a superior class of managers who have a sound foundation in general management with specialist knowledge and competency in business systems. This is an emerging strategic discipline whose importance has been recognised over recent years. Success in management of business systems requires managers with broader managerial skills, and specific competencies to address this key area effectively. The BS major is designed to develop specialist IT and systems managers who understand the challenges of modern day business eco-systems and can manage complex relationships through tailored information systems and inter-organisational communication. It is fully aligned with the dynamics of this field and embeds a situational leadership approach.
