Workshop Title: Project/Program Quality, Risk and Procurement Management

Short Summary*
This intensive workshop focuses on 3 core project/program management knowledge areas, namely (1) project quality management; (2) project risk management; and (3) project procurement management. The participants are to develop and or enhance or benchmark their project management knowledge on these core areas reflecting state-of-the art practice and in line with recognised standards such as A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) NSCPM, P2M and ISO10006. In short, the workshop will cover:
- Project quality management in each phase
- Project risk assessment and management
- Project procurement and contractual management
Notes:
*Intensive lecture sessions in each unit are followed by tutorial and case studies or project work sessions for deep learning outcomes. A knowledge assessment will be conducted for those participants wishing to obtain a Certificate of Completion of a given unit of study.
