Short Summary*

This intensive workshop focuses on 3 core project/program management knowledge areas, namely (1) project scope and change management; (2) project time management; and (3) project cost planning and management. The aims are for participants to develop and or enhance and formalise their basic project management knowledge with focus on these core areas, reflecting state-of-the art practice and in accordance with recognised standards such as A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) NSCPM, IPMA ICB, P2M , NSCPM and ISO10006. In short this workshop covers:

Project scope planning, evaluation and change management
Project time planning, scheduling and progress management
Project cost estimating, budgeting and financial management

Notes:
*Intensive lecture sessions in each unit are followed by tutorial and case studies or project work sessions for deep learning outcomes. A knowledge assessment will be conducted for those participants wishing to obtain a Certificate of Completion of a given unit of study.
