Short Summary*

This intensive workshop will expose the participants to the underlying theoretical constructs behind the art of leadership and change management, followed by development of leadership models that can lead to and effect positive change on projects and programs, work environments and group dynamics, including motivating, training and leading staff and network business partners, practical expertise in development and implementation of leadership and change management plans. Contemporary and innovative human resource management concepts and techniques will be explored within complex project/program environments. The workshop will cover advanced leadership principles and application, styles of leadership, design and implementation of leadership and change management plans.

Notes:
*Intensive lecture sessions in each unit are followed by tutorial and case studies or project work sessions for deep learning outcomes. A knowledge assessment will be conducted for those participants wishing to obtain a Certificate of Completion of a given unit of study.
