The PDP Workshop has been designed to assist an individual to develop her/his learning and development (L & D) plan systematically in an accelerated manner. An L & D plan has numerous benefits for individual professionals particularly at entry level; it provides a structured and well-defined pathway for the realisation of their goals. It can link to the employer organisation's strategic plan. Project-based business units applying a Global Role Family approach need to assess multiple roles with associated competency profiles.
