Marie is a highly qualified organisational development consultant with considerable experience in Vocational Education Training and the Public Service Sector. Marie has a comprehensive list of career experiences including teaching, lecturing, research, consulting, policy development and management. Marie is currently Managing Director of ASEAN Training and Education Services providing management consultancy services to clients in the public and private sector and administering government funded training programs and traineeships.

Marie held several management and policy development positions in Catholic Education System and in the field of Adult and Juvenile Corrections. Marie was in the NSW Public Service from 1982 - 1998 and held several positions such as Senior Policy Officer, Workplace Consultant and Public Service Association Training Officer. In 1998 Marie left the NSW Public Service and established her own RTO ­ ASEAN Training and Education Services Pty. Ltd and manages hundreds of traineeships and several government funded contracts. Marie's expertise lies in developing facilitative management practices that enable others to carry out their responsibilities and that involve all concerned in the decision-making process.
