What is ExDipPPM?
The Executive Diploma in Project and Program Management (ExDipPPM) is an executive grade qualification designed for accelerated learning or deepening of professional and executive people´s knowledge of project and program management. It aims to:
- Update or align and enhance the knowledge of the practising project management professionals with respect to project and program management
- Provide an accelerated pathway to learning project/program management fundamentals for newly appointed project managers, particularly in technology-based industries
- Provide a good grounding for specialist professionals such as design engineers, architects, scientists, lawyers, teachers, health professionals and others who routinely work in project teams but have not had any formal grounding in project management
- Assist migrant professionals or expatriates who wish to train fast for improved job prospects
- Generally impart the best practice methodologies as advocated in recognised international standards such as PMI´s PMBOK®
- Prepare individuals for PMI´s PMP® testing

Who will teach ExDipPPM?
ExDipPPM will be taught by a team of internationally renowned academics and leading practitioners. Thus the ExDipPPM will blend academic and pragmatic approaches within a stimulating learning environment. You will have an opportunity to interact with other professionals and exchange ideas with them during the workshop sessions.
Where will the Workshops be staged and how much does it cost?
Australian workshops will be staged in Sydney. However, subject to a minimum number of participants the workshops may be staged at an employer´s premises flexibly at any time. Please consult our office for your specific requirements.

What are ExDipPPM Syllabi?
Table1 provides a short description of each workshop syllabus. However, all workshops are designed as structured courses with a comprehensive set of slides and learning materials that integrate knowledge across the 4 workshops thus providing a holistic view of project and program management fundamentals.
Please note that Executive Diploma is an executive and professional grade qualification that will be awarded to the candidates who successfully complete the above workshops within 12 consecutive calendar months and also sit for, and pass the relevant written tests as advised at the commencement of each workshop.
