APIC is committed to providing cost-effective and affordable learning and development opportunities for students around the world. APIC´s schedule of charges and fees are among the lowest considering the quality of the services we deliver. Our costs are low due to relatively small administration costs, lower campus investment and operating charges. From this, we are able to pass on the savings to our students via lower fees and charges.
NOTE: A unit of study consists of 3 components to be undertaken over one semester: (1) Intensive Knowledge workshop, (2) Project Phase, (3) Project Assessment. Each workshop is typically 4 days long, and prepares students for the project phase in the unit of study under consideration.

Refund Policy
Where a student has paid fees for a unit of study in a program, but does not wish to continue with enrolment, the following refund policy applies:
-
Withdrawal before commencement of studies (or commencement of semester for formal award courses): If a candidate withdraws after paying the relevant tuition fees but before their study commences (or before semester commences), they will be refunded the amount paid, less 10 percent of the total fees owed to cover the administrative charges.
- Withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the commencement of studies: If the candidate withdraws within 30 calendar days they will be refunded the amount paid, less 50 percent of the total fees owed for the semester. Withdrawal after 30 calendar days from the start of a semester or commencement of studies: No refund is applicable.
- A separate set of refund rules apply to workshop fees. Generally speaking the workshop fees will be refunded if the enrolment cancellation is received by the College at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the subject workshop. A charge of 15% will apply to such cancellations to cover the administrative expenses. There will be no refunds for cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the start of the subject workshop. A substitute student may be accepted for the enrolled student or the College may permit the student to attend a different workshop in lieu of the workshop cancelled at the College´s discretion.
-
The College´s liability for refund of tuition fees collected and held by the Education Agent shall commence when the College receives the actual fees in the College accounts. The College shall not be responsible for the refund of the fees the Student pays to an Education Agent.
-
Refund amounts are based on the net tuition fees received by the College, i.e. the College is not able to refund the commission that is kept by the Education Agents.
-
Application fees or other administrative charges are not refundable.
-
The Student is liable for the payment of full fees in respect of all units that are repeated by the Student.
-
If for any reason the College does not offer the unit of study or the course that the Student has enrolled in the College shall refund the Student of the respective fees paid in full or offer the Student enrolment in a unit of study of equivalent value in the same course or equivalent courses.
