APIC Foundation Scholarships: Complex Project/Program Management

Asia Pacific International College (APIC) is an innovative forward thinking Australian Higher Education Institution established to promote a new approach to education of managers and decision makers following the application of complexity sciences to management. APIC is at the forefront of graduate education in this field and offers unique and challenging educational programs emphasising academic excellence and transformative leadership.

APIC invites suitably qualified applicants for two scholarships to be awarded for commencement in April 2009 leading to the degree of MBA (Project and Program Management). Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Possession of an Honours´ degree (minimum Upper Second) or equivalent in an applicable field, such as engineering, management, economics, science, built environment and information technology, from a recognised institution;
An undertaking to pursue full time study and achieve academic excellence in this field including completion of the MBA (Project and Program Management) degree with merit; and
An undertaking to act as a mentor to at least 10 new students during or after graduation for a period of 2 years in an honorary capacity.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Each Scholarship is valued at AU $ 20,000 and covers the applicant´s tuition fees over a period of 18 months. Applicants must formally enrol in, and commence their studies on 2 April 2009. They shall be responsible for their personal expenses including personal library, stationery and printing cost etc.
