Registration

Seminar Fees

Fees will be kept to a minimum and will be used to cover the cost of staging the Seminar in a cost effective and professional manner. The following scale of fees has been proposed by the Organisers:

NOTE: * 10% discount applies to 2 or more delegates from the same organisation.
All fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Full Registration Includes

• Entry to all Seminar Sessions
• Morning and Afternoon Teas
• Lunches
• Icebreaker Function
• Conference Kit (including Proceedings CD)

Day Registration Includes

• Entry to all Seminar Sessions for day registeredM
• Morning and Afternoon Tea on day registered
• Lunch on day registered
• Conference Kit (including Proceedings CD)

Payment

All fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payment may be made by Electronic Bank Transfer or Bank Draft payable to Asia Pacific International College Pty Ltd.

Payments from overseas must be made in Australian Dollars only.

Note: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Confirmation

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email and a tax invoice and remittance advice will be sent upon receipt of your registration and fees.

Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your registration form.

Letter of Invitation

The Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participants. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain an appropriate Visa and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the APES2009 Organising Committee.

The Organising Committee will refund 50% of fees received for cancellations postmarked on or before 19 October 2009.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after 19 October 2009.

However substitute participants will be welcomed, provided written notice is given prior to the Seminar.

All refunds will be made after the Seminar date.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Seminar and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the Seminar, loss of airfares and luggage etc.

The Organising Committee cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Hotel Accommodation

For your convenience, special rates have been secured with the following Hotels for Seminar participants. All Hotels are a short distance from the Seminar venue.

Please book your accommodation directly with the hotel of your choice and quote Asia Pacific Expert Seminar (or mention Asia Pacific International College). The Organising Committee are not taking hotel reservations or enquiries.
