Submission of Abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW CLOSED

Thank you to all those authors who submitted an abstract for inclusion in APES2009. Authors who have their abstract accepted for paper submission must use the guidelines below.

Submission of Papers

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed. Authors will be advised of accepted abstracts and given instructions on submitting their paper.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors may request that their papers be peer reviewed. All peer reviewed papers will be highlighted in the Seminar CD. Detailed instructions for paper preparation and submission will be advised in due course but the length of the paper shall be limited to 3000 words or 10 pages including all illustrations and references. Abstracts and papers will be published exactly as they are submitted.

All papers must be original work.

At least one author should participate in the Seminar and agree to present the paper. At least one of the authors will be required to register for the Seminar. Papers that do not meet this requirement will be excluded from the Seminar Proceedings. The participating authors must register and pay their Seminar fees at the time of submitting their papers or acceptance to present in the Seminar.

Presenting authors have the option of choosing their presentation preference from the following options:

  • Oral presentation preferred
  • Poster presentation preferred
